When you connect third-party services (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, etc.), we receive OAuth tokens and access only the data necessary to execute your workflows. We do not store the content of your emails, documents, or messages beyond what is needed for workflow execution.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the platform, including workflow configurations, execution logs, and feature usage, to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Rutin AI platform
• Execute your automated workflows on your behalf
• Send you notifications about workflow results and account activity

• Service providers: AWS (infrastructure), Anthropic (AI processing), and other providers necessary to operate the platform

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure credential storage via AWS Secrets Manager, and regular security reviews. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and access is scoped to the minimum permissions required.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Workflow execution logs are retained for 90 days. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
