By accessing or using Rutin AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Rutin AI is an AI-powered task automation platform that allows you to create workflows connecting third-party services, automate routine tasks, and receive notifications about workflow results.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The Service allows you to connect third-party services (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to process and act on your data as configured in your workflows. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing workflow results and ensuring they meet your requirements.
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We retain all rights to the Rutin AI platform, including its software, design, and branding.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rutin AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
